Terms and Conditions
SignalSqueeze (Sqz), developed by MorphicBrain AI, LLC, is intended to provide personalized business research that helps customers recognize developments, opportunities, risks and questions worth considering. Using this preview does not enroll you in a paid service.
1. Initial website preview
You may provide your publicly accessible business website, an optional preferred name, a delivery preference (Every Day or Every 3 Days) and your preferred Signal language. An initial website-based preview is not the same as completed research into outside developments. Current preview controls do not establish a verified customer account or activate deliveries.
2. The planned 14-day free trial
SignalSqueeze plans to offer a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. The trial will not automatically become a paid subscription. Continuing after the trial will require a deliberate choice and clear disclosure of the applicable price and terms. Verified return access and the date on which a trial begins must be established in the actual enrollment process.
3. Subscriptions and country-specific pricing
The current planned reference price in the United States is $49 per month after the free trial. Prices may differ by country or market, but no other country price is established in this preview. Before any purchase, the checkout process must disclose the actual price, currency, billing interval, taxes or charges where applicable, and renewal conditions. No payment is collected by this preview.
4. Signals and delivery preferences
Customers will be able to choose Signals Every Day or Every 3 Days and a preferred Signal language from the languages supported by the live service. These are intended delivery preferences, not a guarantee of a consequential discovery in every update. There may be days when Sqz finds nothing significant, and incomplete research should be identified rather than described as a confirmed absence of relevant developments. Research between deliveries and urgent alerts are separate planned capabilities.
5. Evidence, judgment and outcomes
Signals may draw on public websites, third-party materials, company announcements and interpretation. They should distinguish sourced findings from claims, inferences and uncertainty. Information can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Sqz does not guarantee sales, partnerships, funding, savings, regulatory compliance or any other business outcome. Customers remain responsible for verifying important information and making their own business decisions. Sqz is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
6. Personalization, feedback and history
Customers are intended to be able to mark a Signal Helpful or Not helpful and optionally answer one Signal-specific question in up to 300 characters. Responses may help refine later research. Original Signals and their dates should remain part of the customer's history, subject to final retention and deletion rules. A Not helpful selection alone is not a request to delete a Signal.
7. Public websites and responsible use
Customers should submit websites they are entitled to identify for a legitimate business purpose, provide accurate information when they choose to contribute it, and avoid submitting confidential personal information through the public preview. The live service will need finalized rules for permitted use, account access, misuse and service availability.
8. Cancellation, refunds and ending access
Before subscriptions are offered, the final terms must state how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, whether refunds are offered or legally required, what happens to a customer's Signals and profile after the subscription ends, and any applicable notice or renewal requirements. These matters are not settled by this preview.
9. Privacy and changes to the service
See the Privacy Policy for the current draft description of information handling. The final terms must describe material changes, account notices, service limitations, governing law and dispute procedures, taking account of the countries in which Sqz is offered.
10. Contact
For questions during the preview stage, visit our LinkedIn profile. A dedicated customer-support contact and formal notice procedure will be needed before launch.
